Use Agent.Space plans and credits in any Agent product
Codex Dedicated plans cover OpenAI models, and credits pay for other available models as you go. Use them in Agent.Space, Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Hermes, and other Agent products you already work with.
Your Developer API is paid by
Plans + Credits
Official pay-as-you-go
Other available models
Paid from credits you can top up as needed.Use it in the Agent products you already know
Use it directly in Agent.Space. For other products, connect your Developer API once and keep working there.
GPT Image 2 uses your plan allowance first, then credits when no plan is available or its allowance is used up. Other models use their listed funding source.
03 / Agent clients
Use Agent.Space models in the client you already love

Why connect through Agent.Space
One key
One API key, many model providers
OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, and more share a single key and endpoint. Switch models without switching accounts. Two protocols
OpenAI Responses and Anthropic Messages
Connect over each client's native protocol. No proxies and no client patches: configure once and keep working.Clear billing
Plans and credits stay separate
Models in your plan use its allowance first, the rest is paid from credits, and every request is visible in Request history.Your choice
Swap clients any time
Codex today, Claude Code tomorrow. Your key and allowance stay the same, so your workflow never breaks.
Three moves: get an API key, pick a model, write the config. No client code changes required.
Get an API key
Create a key in the Agent.Space Developer API panel, for example “Codex · MacBook”. Replace <your-api-key> in the copied config with the full value.
Pick a model
Open the setup guide, choose your client and an available model, and let the template fill in the exact model id.
Write the client config
Copy the complete config, replace the key placeholder, and save it at the path shown for your client. Keep the file local.
Clear your old login
Remember to delete your
~/.codex/auth.jsonfile first, if it exists.Update your config
Keep the first three model settings at the top of
config.toml, before any[section]. Replace existing entries and keep the provider block complete.Add your API key
Replace
<your-api-key>with your key, then save the file locally.

- npm
npm install -g @openai/codex - Homebrew
brew install --cask codex - Windows
powershell -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -c "irm https://chatgpt.com/codex/install.ps1 | iex"
The template already includes the endpoint and selected model. Replace <your-api-key>, then keep the config file local and never commit or share it.
